KeyGene products B.V. is an independent subsidiary of KeyGene that is responsible for the sales of ready-made software tools developed by the KeyGene Bioinformatics group. A large number of other bioinformatics tools developed by KeyGene bioinformatics is available in partnerships or can be developed according to specific customer specifications.
KeyGene Products B.V. sells its products world-wide and to companies and academic institutes that are at the forefront of molecular breeding research.

CarteBlanche (high density genetic mapping software).
KeyGene Products has reviewed her software portfolio and is releasing more software suite in the upcoming years:
- KeyGene™ Omics Suite (Expected Q1-2008)
- KeyGene™ CarteBlanche Suite (Expected Q3-2008)
KeyGene has a policy to be compliant with open standards if possible. We therefore support the initiative of POSΣ. All our new suites will make use of this standardization initiative. Furthermore we will support the mono initiative, to enable our software to run on Windows®, Linux and Mac OS X
