Plant SNP detection assays Arabidopsis thaliana
A 100-plex SNP detection assay was developed for A.thaliana genome wide genotyping. The selection of genomic SNPs was based on polymorphsism between the Arabidopsis accessions Columbia and Landsberg erecta. The selected SNP are evenly distributed over the five chromosomes of Arabidopsis. The result is ten 10-plex assays, each covering one chromosome arm of the Arabidopsis genome.
These SNPWave assays can be used for mapping purposes and are available on request.
